Internship at school

 


I'm on a jeepney going to school. I feel tired because I have to climb 5 floors and many stairs every day. And I don't think I will have to cry later because of saying goodbye to those stairs



The first day of school, I received my business card. At that time, I felt excited when I was honored as an intern at Saint Louis University.









-Meet and discuss about the school with Ms. Lorna Lucas, Vice Principal of Junior School and Mr. Alejandro Pablico - General Principal of elementary, Junior and high schools.

                                 I observed the first lessons

These are the friends who are always with us from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I feel like their working style. Very professional and punctual. There were times when we got up late but they were always happy and willing to wait.



   My CT <3 Ms. Evermi Cadiao . The first time I saw her, she asked me "do you choose me???". I'm scared. But after working with her many times, she is very friendly and kind. She helped me a lot in all aspects from lesson plans, teaching methods, voice, body language throughout the teaching process, etc. 




After a few days, implement the teaching plan and complete the lesson plan. This is my first lecture for class 11stemJ. The first 15 minutes I was very nervous and worried. Speak so fast that students can't hear you. But after that everything stabilized. Students interact a lot and feel the classroom atmosphere is very fun and comfortable

This is my second lesson. After listening to comments from Ms. Evermi Cadiao. I completed the lecture well the second time





In the last part of the lesson, Students could reinforce their information knowledge through a math game. Everyone is interesting and fun in the game. I'm very happy. Until now when I repeat. I'm still proud of that.





I was scheduled to take the 11stemJ midterm exam



I know the procedure before students take the test.


After the process has been determined. I have done it with class 11abmB




Had lunch and discussed expertise with everyone



On the way back to the dormitory, I visited the campus and coffee shop at Saint Louis University





-Discuss with Ms. Dorothy about the amount of teaching time and saving time that the school requires in the dormitory.
- Welcome other students from Indonesia to join the Sea Teacher program, specifically Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, including Nafisah Nurul Alfiyani and Undo Syahadana Ziqra Fauzi. Sebelas University Maret-Meiriana Nur Maulida, Fahreza Akbar Ramadhan. Lambung Mangkurat University -Hana Zulfariah Nurhayati, Hilyatul Atqiya.

        Above is my internship process in the Philippines. There are still many other happy and sad memories that cannot be expressed in words. Thanks for Saint Louis, thanks for Dong Thap University, thanks for Sea Teacher, thank you everyone so much for this opportunity!!!!!!!!11💓💓💓💓💓💓

  Teaching methods of the teacher  Filipino teachers dress formally. They are always very professional and punctual. The classroom mainly uses whiteboards and computers. Teachers use PowerPoint to convey knowledge to students along with many other modern devices. After learning new knowledge. Teachers let students practice through specific exercises given by the teacher. The Philippines has a school  system of good grades in the world, with excellent training programs in all areas.  The education system here is always good for everyone and produces good students.  The learning and living environment is modern.
