My self

      

-Hello. I'm Nhi and My full name is PHAM THI YEN NHI. My english name's is Annie. I’m 21 years old this year. I’m third year student at Dong Thap usniversity. My major is mathematic teacher education from faculty informatic-mathemathic teacher education. I was born  in Lam Dong.

- In my free time, I like to relax when I watch firm, listen to music. I very like pets, and read the newspaper. I'm an easy going person that works well with everyone. I enjoy being around different types of people and I like to always challenge myself to improve at everything I do. I've always liked being balanced. When I work, I want to work hard. And outside of work, I like to engage in my personal activities such as playing with my pets or go shopping. Kk

-My strengths:

+I’m a punctual person. I always arrive early and complete my work on time.

I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail. This trait has helped me tremendously in this field of work. I've always been a great team player. I'm good at keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team environment.

+I’m ambitious. I have always set myself goals and it motivates me to work hard. I have achieved my goals so far with my training, education and work experience. Now I am looking for ways to improve myself and grow

+I’m proactive. When I think about things, I do them. I like to see results and it’s important in this industry to be proactive and responsible for your own actions.

+In my field of expertise, I think it’s really important to be able to stay calm when you’re working as a  teacher like problem-solver. It can get really stressful, but one of my greatest qualities is that I can keep my cool and I don’t allow the pressure to get to me, which helps me achieve all my goals and remain focused.

-My weaknesses: 

+I feel my weakness is not being detail oriented enough. I'm a person that wants to accomplish as much as possible. I realized this hurts the quality and I'm currently working on finding a balance between quantity and quality.

+Before, I didn’t know how to use my time effectively. And now, I have created a time-management system, which allows me to list all my duties and organize my deadlines so I have a clearer idea of what I need to do.

+ I get easily frustrated at people who don't work very hard. But I know people have different work styles and different work habits. So if I could change something, I would like to be more understanding.

-My short term goals

I want to go to intership because It’s help me to Improved my skills and Enhanced (improved) my knowledge. Become more independent in what I do and productive (doing more) I can Achieved a higher position in my life

 I could also learn and learn more about foreign cultural customs by going to an internship. Go to intership helps me to what my future need to do
