 Teaching methods of the teacher 

Filipino teachers dress formally. They are always very professional and punctual. The classroom mainly uses whiteboards and computers. Teachers use PowerPoint to convey knowledge to students along with many other modern devices. After learning new knowledge. Teachers let students practice through specific exercises given by the teacher. Then the teacher calls on students to answer and correct their knowledge.

 Their learning materials and innovation

We had a 2-week observation period to learn about the teaching methods of different classes.

After carefully observing the teaching process in the classroom. I create a lesson plan at the request of the working teacher (CT). I received enthusiastic support from my student instructors as well as the CT. At SLU Lab High School, there are three separate math classes called People, Amb, and STEM. Each class follows its own unique teaching method.

 Sources of learning and technology used by the teachers

Teachers use textbooks combined with PowerPoint to teach in class. Through this, we create excitement for students and motivate them to learn throughout the lesson.

PROCEDURES OF TEACHING

Opening activities:

+ Greetings

+ Evoke motivation

Core activities:

+ Give a definition

+ Develop new problem solving methods

+ Do some examples

Ending activity:

+Consolidate exercises by playing games or mind maps

+ Teacher assigns homework to students

TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES

To gain control of the time, my time into 3 ranges:

+Range 1: 15 minutes for Opening activities

+Range 2: 20 minutes for Core activities

+Range 3: 15 minutes for Closing activities

PROBLEM SOLVING

I got some problems and many troubles in my practice teaching:

I encountered some difficulties and problems during my teaching practice:

+ Because my English ability is not good. So at first I spoke a bit too fast, making it impossible for the students to keep up.

+ I still lack confidence in imparting knowledge, so I'm a bit nervous.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

To improve the quality of learning as well as students' ability to understand, I let students consolidate their knowledge through math games so they can more easily absorb the lesson.

Designing lesson plans in English can be difficult for me, especially when the curriculum in the Philippines is different from Vietnam.

Teaching a subject in a language other than that of Vietnam can be a very difficult task indeed. To help my students understand the lesson more easily, you should incorporate additional activities into your lesson plan. As a result, I have lessons that receive high appreciation from teachers.
